The content describes our capabilities and the work we have delivered. It is provided for information and does not constitute a binding offer. Scope, deliverables, timing and price for any project are confirmed in a written proposal or quotation.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. We will respond with questions, a proposed approach or a quotation. Work begins once a written quotation is accepted.

The TechKinect name, branding and the content of this website belong to us. Project deliverables and their ownership are dealt with in the agreement for that project. Client names and project references shown on this site are published with the relevant business relationship in place.

Projects frequently rely on third-party platforms — hosting, payment gateways, connectivity providers, AI services and others. Those services carry their own terms and availability, which we do not control.
