Where we stand
Kinect Smart Tech is the technology platform.
Security companies are the service providers. Kinect Smart Tech is not an armed-response company and does not provide regulated security services.
What we do
Build the devices, apps and incident platform, verify providers before they join, and pass a documented incident to the right people.
What providers do
Provide the regulated service. Providers offering regulated security services must be appropriately registered and licensed under South African requirements, including PSiRA where it applies.
We never promise a guaranteed response time. A response time is only ever what an individual provider contractually commits to.
