Contact details and project details you submit through our enquiry forms: name, company, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, project type, business stage, main challenge, optional budget range, project description and referral source.

We process this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and perform a contract with you. Providing your details is voluntary, but we cannot respond to an enquiry without at least a name and a way to reach you.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — such as our hosting and database provider — under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, and is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to authorised TechKinect personnel.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, to deliver any resulting project, and to satisfy legal or accounting record-keeping requirements.
